Cookie policy
This cookie policy explains which cookies the HalloSlaap online platform (mijn.halloslaap.nl) uses, why we use them and how you can manage them yourself. The platform is provided by Sparklab B.V., trading as HalloSlaap.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your computer, tablet or phone when you visit it. On subsequent requests your browser sends the cookie back, so that the website can, for example, recognise you as a logged-in user.
Which cookies do we use?
On the platform we only use functional cookies. These are strictly necessary for the platform to work: without them you could not, for example, log in or submit a form securely. Under the Dutch Telecommunications Act, no consent is required for functional cookies, which is why the platform does not show a cookie banner.

These cookies contain no information that could be used to track you outside the platform, and they are not shared with third parties.
No analytical or marketing cookies
The platform does not place analytical, tracking or marketing cookies, and does not use advertising or social media pixels. What you do and enter on the platform — such as the results of your sleep scan — is therefore not shared via cookies with parties such as Google or Meta.
For its design, the platform loads fonts via Adobe Fonts. Your browser connects to Adobe's servers to do so, but no cookies are placed.
The halloslaap.nl website
This cookie policy applies to the platform. On the general website www.halloslaap.nl, analytical cookies (Google Analytics) and marketing cookies (Meta Platforms) may also be used, subject to your consent. You will therefore be asked for consent on your first visit to that website, and you can withdraw it there at any time via the cookie settings.
Managing or deleting cookies
You can delete or block cookies at any time via your browser settings. Please bear in mind that the platform will not work properly without functional cookies: you will not be able to log in, for example. Your browser's help section explains how to do this.

We may update this cookie policy, for example when new functionality is added to the platform. The date of the most recent change is always shown at the top of this page.
